They require a level 60 character to wear. Equipped it will increase damage and healing done by magical effects and spells by up to 20, increase spell pentration by 10 and it will restore 3 mana points every 5 seconds. Requires Qiraji Bindings of Command, two idols of rebirth, five ivory scarabs, five silver scarabs, and a neutral reputation.
Tiara of the Oracle This cloth headpiece is bind on pick up and has a durability of 60. They have 164 armor and stat buffs of +16 to spirit, +22 to intellect, and +22 to stamina. They
require a level 60 character to wear. Equipped it will increase damage and healing done by magical effects and spells by up to 28, restore 7 mana points every 5 seconds, and it will increase your spell hit rating by 8. Requires Vek'nilash's Circlet, two idols of the sage, five silver scarabs, five bone scarabs, and a friendly reputation.

They require a level 60 character to wear. Equipped it will increase spell penetration by 10, increase spell critical strike rating by 14, and increase the
healing and damage done by magical effects and spells by up to 36. Requires Husk of the Old Gold, two idols of death, five stone scarabs, five crystal scarabs, and an honored reputation.
This set is wonderful as it gives you stat buffs to all your character's abilities like stamina and intellect. It takes a ton of work to gather the scarabs and the idols that it requires,
